Since 1981, Episcopal Retirement Homes (ERH) has enhanced the lives of older adults with limited incomes at Canterbury Court, a HUD-sponsored community of 150 one- and two-bedroom apartments. Canterbury Court is comfortably nestled in the residential community of West Carrollton, Ohio, just seven miles south of Dayton.

Close to shopping, restaurants, and churches, Canterbury Court overlooks a private courtyard and six acres of landscaped grounds. The Dayton Mall is just 10 minutes away by car or the Canterbury bus. Downtown Dayton is only a 15-minute drive.

At ERH, our philosophy of care guides us to maintain every person's dignity, and provide the same standard of excellence in care to every resident.

Each year, ERH provides amenities and services that Canterbury Court residents would find at very few other places, including transportation, gardening areas, complimentary laundry facilities, and a part-time chaplain. Each resident's rent includes the cost of utilities, and is based on income and medical expenses.
